Belkis Rodriguez

Early Intervention Specialist & BCaBA

My professional path in special education began in Cuba, where I earned a degree in Special Education in 1999. From the start, I’ve been dedicated to supporting children with developmental and learning differences. After moving to the United States in 2013, I continued to build on that foundation, driven by a personal commitment to lifelong learning and growth.

In the U.S., I completed a bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education (ESE), became a certified Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS), and pursued training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since 2019, I’ve been working as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), providing focused support to autistic children through behavior-based interventions.

Over the years, I’ve completed several postgraduate programs to deepen my expertise—always with the goal of delivering better outcomes for the children and families I serve. My work in early intervention blends structured behavioral strategies with compassion and cultural awareness, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive.
